Kelly has been a licensed audiologist since 1995. She started her passion for hearing care in 1988. While obtaining her undergraduate degree from Indiana State University and her graduate degree from Indiana University, she did her internships at VA Hospital and Riley Hospital in Indianapolis. She then decided to open her own audiology office in her hometown of Bedford, Indiana. Kelly is dedicated to proper ear health for all her patients. She utilizes her specialties from pediatrics to geriatrics. She provides care to nursing home patients all over central and southern Indiana. Kelly also provides newborn screenings for the infants of Lawrence and surrounding counties.

Laura is our office manager and billing specialist. She maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, and monitoring daily clerical functions. She also contributes to the ongoing team effort by assisting the other staff with their daily functions. Laura also ensures the office complies with all HIPPA regulations. She prepares and submits claims to various insurance companies electronically and by paper. Ensuring the proper diagnosis and procedure codes are used to avoid any discrepancies. She collects, posts, and manages account payments. Laura would love to share with you her knowledge on hearing instruments, Audiological testing, and any billing or insurance questions. Kim is our receptionist. She maintains the proper flow of patients through the office. She answers a multi line phone as well as greets people upon entering the office. She will be happy to answer any questions you may have or schedule you an appointment. She also helps out with any tasks given to her. She does daily patient outcomes by inputting data from chart notes and audiological testing into the computer. Other duties include are filing charts, faxing, and mail. She will obtain eligibility from your insurance company to ensure proper billing of services rendered. She will also assist in cleaning and repairing your hearing aids as needed. Kim will be happy to help you in any way possible and make your visit to Advanced Audiology & Hearing Care a pleasant experience.
